Who We Are
Our Story
We firmly believe in the power of connection. Through our experiences working in large organizations throughout our careers, Audrey and I have seen the impact when people do not feel connected to the organization they are a part of. We have also seen and experienced the impact when this is in place...it's game changing. People are everything to us and that is why we launched Thoughtful Agile in early 2018. We started with an initial focus on equipping trainers to create these connections in their organizations, their schools, their sports teams and the like.
After focusing on outside endeavors over the past few years, we are excited to share the news that we are relaunching Thoughtful Agile. Our focus now extends to creating these connections beyond a learning experience.
