Our Story
We believe in the transformative power of connection. Throughout our careers in large organizations, we have seen firsthand the difference it makes when people feel truly connected to their workplace—and the challenges that arise when they don’t. When connection is present, it’s game-changing. People are at the heart of everything we do, which is why we launched Thoughtful Agile in early 2018. Our initial focus was on equipping trainers to foster these meaningful connections within organizations, schools, and sports teams.
After spending the past few years on outside endeavors, we’re thrilled to announce the relaunch of Thoughtful Agile—now with an expanded focus on both customer and employee experiences. By strengthening the connection between people and organizations, we help create workplaces and customer interactions that inspire, engage, and drive lasting impact.
Our Purpose
To help people visualize, own and internalize the positive impact they are making through their contributions in both their professional and personal lives. We want everyone to see the impact they are making beyond the piece of work they do, the pass they make in a game, the goal they score, the students they teach, the players they coach or the meals they serve to someone in their community. We facilitate this through offering carefully curated and highly interactive experiences that uncover and strengthen these connections.
